Mahlkonig E80S / PEAK 80 mm Premium Cast Steel Burrs These 80mm premium cast steel burrs, glass bead blasted and hardened to 64-66 HRC, fit the PEAK, E80S, and E80S GbW espresso grinders, also compatible with the Ditting 804 Lab Sweet, Ditting 807 Lab Sweet, and Ditting PEAK. Built for high-volume cafés (30kg+ per week) needing best-in-cup taste and high grind speeds, with a medium-setting grind life of roughly 2,500kg (5,511 lbs).
